All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail & UPS which only delivers MON-FRI (major holidays excluded). Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. We usually ship by the next business day. Sometimes an item may be on backorder which delays the ship time. A business day is defined as Monday – Friday. We currently only accept and ship orders in the continental United States.

We have a reputation for good customer service and fairness and understand that every now and then you buy something that doesn’t quite work. Simply send the UNUSED item(s) back for an exchange or refund. We provide refunds (excluding shipping) for merchandise bought through this store that are returned within 30 days and which have not been worn or used. All of the tags should be returned with the merchandise. Under these circumstances, we will be happy to either give you a refund in the amount of the original purchase or exchange the merchandise for another product of the same value. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please include a detailed explanation of the reason for the return and what you would like done about the return (i.e. different size, refund, etc.). Privacy is an important issue on the internet these days and we recognize the importance of your privacy. That said, it’s understandable that you may be concerned with the information you provide to us and how we use it. Our policy has always been, and continues to be, to treat what we learn about our customers as confidential. Examples of personal data are names, addresses, e-mail addresses, credit card numbers and telephone numbers. We do not store your credit card number once we’ve successfully processed your order. Our shopping cart is fully secure, and we pull information from that server, and delete it, as soon as we process your order. At Juno Surf Shop we have never sold our customers’ names, e-mail addresses, or any of our customers’ information, for the 51 years we have been in business. The exchange of vital customer data may be a lucrative business but our customers are not for sale.
